Reddityzr is a SaaS platform that helps users extract and analyze leads from Reddit. The Service includes:

• Chrome Extension for Reddit data extraction
• AI-powered lead qualification using OpenAI
• Dashboard for managing products, subreddits, and leads
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with Reddit's Terms of Service
• Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring monthly charges based on your selected plan
• 7-day free trial period for Premium and Enterprise plans
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

5. Usage Limits

Your account is subject to monthly lead generation limits based on your subscription plan:

• Free: 30 leads per month
• Premium: 1,000 leads per month
• Unlimited: No limits

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Reddityzr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• OpenAI for AI lead qualification (requires your own API key)
• Stripe for payment processing
• Reddit for data extraction (subject to Reddit's Terms)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific lead generation results
• Compatibility with all Reddit subreddits or features

9. Limitation of Liability

Reddityzr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
